We have over 25 years within the aquatic trade therefore amassed a great deal of knowledge in this specialised area.

Our company has been established since the beginning of 2002. Our live stock is of the finest quality, as we hand pick all our live stock and quarantine everything within our premises before dispatching to our customers.

Maintenance Service

To protect your investment and preserve the long-term attractiveness of your aquarium and provide a relaxed environment for everybody is to leave it to the specialists, allowing you to concentrate on what you do best.

With every lease, we provide monthly visits arranged at your convenience to carry out a routine service to the aquarium to keep it looking and running smoothly.

Maintenance and service to the lease aquarium includes:-

Visual
On each visit, the aquarium will receive a full clean to remove debris and algae from inside the aquarium. The aquarium and cabinet will also be dusted and polished.

Decoration
All decoration is cleaned on every visit and replaced if needed to ensure your aquarium is looking like the day it was installed.

Water quality testing
Test on water quality will be carried out on every visit before maintenance is carried. This is to ensure that there is no high levels of toxins that may de-stabilise the environment for the fish. To remove any high levels, a partial water change will be carried out to keep these levels safe. All surrounds are protected from spillages and damage. Fresh treated water is then added back to the aquarium plus nutrients for all live stock.

Servicing of filtration system
All the equipment associated with the aquariums biological and mechanical filtration is cleaned on each visit and gravel is vacuumed.

Servicing of addition equipment
All electrical equipment settings associated with the running of the aquarium is checked and tested before leaving on every visit. Any equipment that's not running properly is replaced straight away or on our next visit free depending on level of urgency.

Livestock
All live stock is free with the lease and we bring clean fresh aquarium plants and fish with us on every occasion and replace if needed.

Other
Any livestock requiring medication will be treated and monitored and for serious conditions livestock will be removed and treated back at our facilities and replaced with new stock. If fish become too large for its habitat then we shall also remove and replace with same or other fish free of charge.

A supply of fresh fish food will be provided free on visits.
